Back in Barcelona
Got back into Barcelona yesterday, then went out for dinner and a huge night as it was the last day of our tour. Said goodbye to a lot of amazing new friends this morning =( then just got to my hostel. I have five more days here then back down the coast to Valencia for another five or so days before I fly back to the UK.
After going non-stop on the tour for so long its nice to just relax and take it easy, so i´ll be hitting up the beaches as much as I can!

San Sebastian is amazing! After clubbing all night we spent all day sunbaking and swimming at the beach. The water was perfect =) later I did a bit of shopping and followed by Tapas for dinner. On our way out again tonight, then unfortunatly leaving for Barcelona tomorrow morning. I’m tempted to stay a couple of extra days, but want to get back to Barcelona in time for the Primavera Sound music festival.
We have our last night out as a group in Barcelona tomorrow night.
Madrid
Madrid was amazing! So nice to be back in a big city =) we went out clubbing our first night, followed by a full day of sight seeing on no sleep. We visited the royal palace in the morning. Then went to the Reina Sofia modern art museum, where we overdosed on Picasso, Dali, Miro and the like. I finally got to see Picasso’s ‘Guernica’ which made my day. We then spent the afternoon sunbaking at the Parque del Retiro.
That night went to see the bull fights, it was really exciting but so heartbreaking seeing them as they got tired and hurt. I wouldn’t go again but still glad I experienced it.
Today we’re off to San Sabastian, can’t wait for the beach!

After catching up on some sleep in Lisbon and saying farewell to some new friends, we made our way to Porto via Sintra.
Porto is gorgeous, we had dinner at a local restruant - where all the girls fell in love with the cute waitor aha
This morning we went on a walking tour and a boat ride. Later we got lunch and shopped, found some vintage sunnies! Walked around the city talking photos of all the streets and graffiti, then tonight we’re meeting by the river to go out to dinner.
Then off to Madrid tomorrow!

Seville, Spain
Reached Seville after a long day of travelling from Morocco. Had a late dinner then crashed at the hostel.
Today we went on a walking tour then went shopping! We had an amazing salmon and pesto salad for lunch then saw a bit more of the city. It’s really pretty, I’m sad that I won’t be back.
Tonight were going to dinner and a flamamco show. Then out to a rooftop bar as a couple of friends are leaving the tour after tonight.
The weather isn’t quite as hot as morocco, but still warm, sunny and beautiful!
Fez, Morocco
We went on a tour of the old ruins at volubilis, followed by a tour of meknes. Then a group of us went to the turkish baths where we had to all strip down and get scrubbed raw lol then we got masages. Such an odd and funny experience but worth it!
Later that night we all dressed up (me and a couple of the girls wore our sarri’s), and went to a Turkish dinner with belly dancing.
The next day we drove back to tanger to catch a ferry back to Spain! We had three kids manage to jump on the bus and go up underneath it to hide. They were dragged out before we got on the boat. I think it’s a bit of a game to some of the kids as they do it to trucks as well.
I was sad to leave morocco though.. And our hotel!
People have been getting really sick which is common from Moroccan food/ water etc. So far I seem to be okay but terrified I’ll catch a bug from those who are really sick. Oh well, so far so good.
Fez, Morocco
We went straight to the hotel pool once we got to fez! So nice and cold after travelling in 42degree heat! That night we went out to dinner.
Then today we did a tour of the city followed by a long afternoon of shopping. Got some cute purses, a scarf, traditional dress and jewelry! It’s so hot but I’m loving it. All the girls just hit henna tattoos as well =)
We’re out to dinner again tonight, loving the Moroccan food and touch wood so far not sick from it!
